I am pissed, because wounds aren't supposed to get infected. Especially minor scrapes that don't bleed much, if they're taken care of properly. I'm pretty sure someone will say now that she would have done exactly the same thing (ie. sacrifice getting disinfectant from GO just so she could eat during recess) though.
